You’ve heard of Chia seeds. Maybe you have a pack of them sitting on your cabinet and you don’t know what to do. Or you just sprinkle them on top of your salads and hope it works its magic.. Or maybe you’re a Chia expert?
Anyways, whatever your relationship with Chia Seeds is, I’d love to share a quick easy recipe to help up your intake of these tiny health bombs.
My favorite part about what i’m about to share with you is that its completely up to you what you’d like to add to make this Chia Pudding special 🙂 ( Make sure to read the benefits of this recipe on the bottom)
How to make Chia Pudding
What you need
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1/2 a cup of Chia seeds
- Cinnamon Powder
- Cacao Nibs
- Agave/ Honey or sweeter of choice
- Fruits ( this time I used the papaya and banana)
In a bowl pour the Chia and the Coconut milk. Whisk with a fork for about 2 minutes. Add a few drops of your sweetener and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Stir until everything is mixed. Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
(You can leave it in the fridge for week if you like, so you don’t have to eat it all at once. )
Once you do choose to serve, Sprinkle some more cinnamon, cacao nibs and whatever fruits and toppings you desire! I really enjoy to serve it inside a papaya because the flavor mixes so well!
