Personal Growth – Books are Food for the Soul

Books are food for the soul!

I’m not a big reader but these books have changed my life. These books help open your mind, raise your spiritual awareness, help connect you to your life path and understand how to make the most out of a healthy life. I keep these books close and constantly re read them for a fresh review. They have personally helped me manifest my desires and understand myself and the way i was choosing to live my life to be able to change  the things that needed to be changed for the better. Some times the small changes of a way of thinking can go a long way <3 I’ll include a good  review I found  of each book below and add a link to the amazon page where you can purchase it if you’d like 🙂

“A newly revised and updated edition of the internationally bestselling spiritual classic, The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, written by Sogyal Rinpoche, is the ultimate introduction to Tibetan Buddhist wisdom. An enlightening, inspiring, and comforting manual for life and death that the New York Times calls, “The Tibetan equivalent of [Dante’s] The Divine Comedy,” this is the essential work that moved Huston Smith, author of The World’s Religions, to proclaim, “I have encountered no book on the interplay of life and death that is more comprehensive, practical, and wise.”

“Ask and It Is Given, by Esther and Jerry Hicks, which presents the teachings of the nonphysical entity Abraham, will help you learn how to manifest your desires so that you’re living the joyous and fulfilling life you deserve. As you read, you’ll come to understand how your relationships, health issues, finances, career concerns, and more are influenced by the Universal laws that govern your time/space reality – and you’ll discover powerful processes that will help you go with the positive flow of life. It’s your birthright to live a life filled with everything that is good-and this book will show you how to make it so in every way!”

“In The Four Agreements, bestselling author don Miguel Ruiz reveals the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and create needless suffering. Based on ancient Toltec wisdom, The Four Agreements offer a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives to a new experience of freedom, true happiness, and love.”
